This is pertaining to your Mobile, Al. I initially setup automatic payments to come out of my account.

However, the location didnt contact me until i was in the hole with them by almost $300 to tell me about the issue. I have been chasing trying to catch up my account since this time. Like i told them dont allow my account to ever get to that amount once it was caught up. Im still struggling to getnit caught up, but ive been paying something on it weekly to ensure that payments were being made.

During this time there have been a bunch of new faces at the front desk and they have been the rudest people i want to meet. I dont apreeciate being snapped at as if im a child. They have come to my house to try to remove tires from my truck with the threat from my husband that he will shoot to kill if it happens again. It seems as if when an account is close to being paid in full is when a company wants to clown and act a fool.

This just made you loose a possible return customermthat will be letting everyone know of her experience here. I went to the store to take all the cash that i had on me. This was part of the money for my bill with you and the rest was for my medicine and thanksgiving dinner which we now have NONE!!! AFTER LETTING ALICIA KNOW THAT I WOULD BE BACK WEDNESDAY OR FRIDAY WITH SOME MORE MONEY THE *** DARREN CALLED WITH HIS THREATS MAKING THINGS WORSE.

I IMMEDIATELY TRIED TO CONTACT YOUR COPERATE OFFICE WHO FEELS THEY DONT NEED TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMERS. I REFUSE TO SPEAK WITH THE *** AT THIS LOCATION. INSTEAD, IM VOICING MY COMPLAINT HERE, THE BBB AND ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES. I WANT TO ENSURE THAT NO ONE EVER GOES THROUGH WHAT IM EXPERIENCING.

OUR VEHICLES ARE OUR TRANSPORTATION AND YOUR COMPANY ACTS LIKE AN INDIAN GIVER. IM NOT ASKING FOR SYMPATHY, OR HANDOUTS. I WANT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNDERSTANDING THAT THINGS HAPPEN.

IF A CUSTOMER HAS BEEN PRETTY DECENT WITH THEIR PA6MENTS SOMETHING MUST BE WRONG IF THEY FALL BEHIND. AS LONG AS THEY ARE PAYING ON THEIR BILL WITH THE INTENT TO CATCH IT UP SHOULD BE ALL THAT MATTERS.
