Hi my name is Sharon Leroy I went to RNR off the 45 gulf frwy n edgebrook n I got a pair of rims and tires a set of 20's From Robert the manager it's going on a month now if not a month n wen I first went there I asked Robert for some chrome blazes OK he said that he only had the black ones OK so I told him that I really didn't won't any black blazes on my car I wanted chrome from the beginning so he told me that if I go ahead n put the black ones on my car that he would order me some chrome ones n it would take about a week n he would call me n let me know when they would be in now I went ahead n put the black blazes on my car so when I put the black blazes on my car and left to go home and got on the frwy my car started shaking as I would go over 50MPH which the speed limit is 60 so I called them to let them know what it was doing as I was riding and so they told me to come back and I did so when I went back he supposed to have fixed the problem and the guy told me that he test drove it and that he had fixed it so OK got back in my car and drove it my car was not fixed it was still doing the same thing but a little lesser and so I called RNR again to let them know so Robert told me that he should have my chrome rims in and to used the black ones until then so I said OK so now a week done passed no call from Robert to let me know anything so I had to call them and he told me that he was still trying to see if he can find me the chrome rims that I had wanted so by that it was time to make pay my first payment which was two weeks still no call and no rims still riding on the black rims so when I went to make my first payment and I asked him since he was having problems getting the chrome blazes can he give me some other chrome rims and it seems like every chrome rim that I asked him about in the store either he didn't have all four rims are something was wrong with one of the rim so he showed me a pair of rims that was chrome and I liked them but the only thing that he had to get one of the rims fixed so I said OK and he agreed and remind you I'm still riding the black blazes and I'm still having the shaking problem and I asked him can one of the guys check it out for me and they did and when I lefted that day everything was OK so about a couple of days later the shaking starts again and so I called Robert and asked him about the other rims he told me that they still wasn't ready and that he would call me now remind you I'm still riding the black blazes another week done passed still no call from Robert and so after not hearing from him I had to call him again and the rim isn't still ready OK now another week done passed now it's time to make another two weeks payment and I'm still not satisfied so I didn't go in to the office this time cause I had to work made the payment over the phone and I asked him about it still no good news yet still waiting so I went on another week waiting on Robert to call me still no call from Robert saying anything about the rim so as I'm riding one night I have my grand babies in my car as we was riding on my way home I go across some rail road tracks on airport and almeda in Houston which the streets are messed up out here so you gotta be careful riding on these roads out here so it's dark an as I was going across the rail road tracks I caught a flat it was something sticking up I didn't see it so I had pulled over and the next morning I call RNR and told them about the flat and they told me to bring it in and they would fix it and if.they no able to fix it that they would replace it and can i come out about 1:00 the next day so i took off work to ho and get my tire and I'm still riding the black blazes so the next morning which was a Tuesday so I took off work to go and get my tire fixed because I couldn't go to work with my tire like that because my car was shaking to bad with my dummy tire on there so I finally made it out there to the tire shop and at the time Robert was off so they had me to sign a paper for another tire so I did so they can replace it and after that they told me that they would have to order me another tire but it wouldn't be in until the next following day so I told them that I had already took off of work and that I couldn't miss anymore days are I would get fired and it was like they didn't care if I got fired are not so I asked the two guys that worked that day can they call Robert so that we can see what can be done they told me that if we call he's not gonna answer his phone on his off day so I asked them did they have a used tire just until the other one comes in so that I can go to work and they told me no that I would have to speak to Robert and that they would have him to give me a call OK so I told them I had already token off of work and that I can't miss anymore days they didn't care they told me that they can't do nothing about it so I went on him and the next day still got no call still riding on my dummy tire so a week done passed still no call from Robert now here comes the time I have to pay my payment on the rims and tires so the day of my payment date I finally get a call and Robert letter me a voice message stating that my payment is do and my tire Is ready now after all this time I finally get a call from Robert on the payment date and still as of today no rims and tires poor satisfaction poor services service like this will give RNR a bad name and I will let others know about the service that I got from RNR rims and tires and today is Sept.25 2016 and my payment was due Saturday Sept 24 2016 and I never missed a payment until yesterday I can pay it but I didn't because I still don't have my chrome rims that I've been asking for for the longest and my car is still shaking.
